The following is a list of fictional characters from the comic series The Boys created by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson and subsequent media. The series features an ensemble cast that includes Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, and Laz Alonso.

Vigilantes

Hughie Campbell (Jack Quaid) - A young man whose girlfriend is killed by A-Train. He joins the Boys to seek revenge on the superheroes responsible for her death. Billy Butcher (Karl Urban) - A hardened and cynical British operative who leads the Boys. He has a deep hatred for superheroes and will stop at nothing to expose their corruption. Mother's Milk (Laz Alonso) - A former CIA agent who provides logistical support to the Boys. He is the moral compass of the group and often questions Butcher's methods.

Superheroes

Homelander (Antony Starr) - The leader of the Seven, a team of government-sponsored superheroes. He is a narcissistic and psychopathic tyrant who abuses his power. Queen Maeve (Dominique McElligott) - A disillusioned superhero who is struggling to maintain her idealism in the face of the Seven's corruption. A-Train (Jessie T. Usher) - A speedster who is addicted to Compound V, a drug that enhances his powers. He is responsible for killing Hughie's girlfriend.
